Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)
Creating diverse, equitable and inclusive work environments is never one size fits all. Artixan will partner with you on the DEI journey – by enabling the development of DEI strategies and action plans and by providing programs and processes to support implementation and sustainability. This is accomplished by assessing work underway, understanding needs and opportunities, coaching leaders, and managing any current crisis or areas of concern. We also offer customized DEI workshops in anti-racism, conscious inclusion, and communications/conflict resolution for managers.
