The Manager’s Palette Level 1 Workshop Series isn’t just another professional development program of boring lecture and theories—we’ll keep you engaged and involved with an emphasis on building practical skills and confidence in succeeding as a leader. This experience will give you powerful tools and strategies to use immediately with your teams, as well as an industry-specific cohort of colleagues for support and networking.
The workshops are held twice a week over a consecutive three-week period on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:00 am – 12:30 pm ET, and each workshop covers a specific theme, focusing on three key development areas tailored for new managers.
